Return & Exchange Policy

Change of Mind Policy Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect order and notify us within 30 days of delivery, we will honor a refund for unopened products, once the product has been returned to us.
The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
−The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale.
−The refund  will be calculated as the product price paid, less the return delivery charge .
−Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by First Shopping until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse.
−Product Exclusions:  
The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: Group Deals, Sec-kill, Clearance, refurbished, Groceries, demo or ex-lease products, underwear, swimwear, earings/body piercing jewelry, CD/DVD, computer/console games, and which it specifically noted as excluded in any individual product listing. 
−Consumer Guarantees apply to all products including products excluded under this policy.
−For all the Food products:
If your refund is due to unreasonable quality,insufficient, products, expired items or damaged packaging, please contact our customer service within 7 days including the delivery day. 
During the refund or exchange process, pictures may be needed,so please keep the original materials.
−To return a product under this policy please contact our Customer Service via email, or live chat on our website. Once your return request is approved, you will be issued with a Return Application (RA).  Please note that returned products received at our warehouse without a RA will be automatically rejected.
Important Note:  If a returned product does not meet the policy criterion stated above ( ie unused, unopened, in suitable condition for resale), the claim will be rejected and the product will be returned to you at your cost. If a product is not picked up or return postage is not paid within 30 days of being notified of the rejection of your claim under this policy, the product will be permanently disposed of.
We reserve the right to test any returned product, and to ask our clients to demonstrate that the problem with the product was not the clients’ fault. After the product has been returned a final decision on granting the claim will be made by Customer Services Team. 
Where it is agreed that the claim is valid a replacement or repaired product will be returned to you at our expense.

Return Application
A Return Application(RA) number is required for replacement Products and refunds. Where Customer Service has provisionally determined that a Product is defective , Customer Service Team will issue you with an RA. Products cannot be returned without an RA. The Product should be returned to First Shopping within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the RA. Where possible, all Products should be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals,documentation and registration that shipped with the Product. If the accessories are not included, only a partial refund will be applied.
Organizing the Return of Products
Products must be returned whenever we agree to provide you with a refund or replace the Product.Return products can be sent by Australia Post eParcel. In the case of products sent by our courier Fastway Couriers, we will send you contact details of our courier (Fastway Couriers) to organize pick up from your place.

Where a warranty claim is granted any refund will include all delivery and related costs for the product. Where a non warranty claim is granted any refund will be for the cost of the goods only and will exclude all related costs. No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the product from you. Refunds will be issued by Cheque, EFT, PayPal or Store credit to your account.

Where a replacement is agreed to after a warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered to you at our expense after we have received your returned product. Where a non warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered to you at your expense.

Self Pick up

At First Shopping we're always looking for ways to improve your shopping experience. We now offer the "Self Pick Up" service for our products on the website, allowing our customers to save on shipping time and costs by picking up eligible products from our warehouse or self-pickup points.

1.Warehouse Pick Up
Select the "Pick Up" option at the checkout, then select our warehouse address.
Your Order Confirmation email will show any products you have selected as "Pick Up" and important pick-up information, including the weight and dimensions of each of your products.
Email notification and verification code will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for pick-up, as well as a verification code to your mobile.

Hours:  Mon to Sun: 9am-6pm (excluding Public Holidays)
What to Bring: 
- Your order confirmation and text verification code.

Please note that signatures will be required to validate the pick-up. If your order contains heavy/bulky products (e.g any individual product weighing over 15kg) we recommend that you bring someone to assist you.  
*We are unable to validate your order without the order confirmation and text verification code. Please kindly save these information in order to pick up your order smoothly. 
Safety on Site - The First Shopping warehouse can at times experience a high volume of traffic. When you are picking up goods you must park only at the designated areas and use the marked pedestrian walkways/crossings.  Always check for traffic before using pedestrian crossings. If you are with children, they must remain under your direct supervision at all times.  
Exchange and Returns - All returns must be processed via our online procedure by contacting our Customer Service Team. Please refer to the Return&Exchange section for more details. Products without a Return Authorisation (RA) will not be accepted

2.Pick up points (coming soon)
When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your goods from your nearest milk bar pick-up point.
Select the "Pick Up" option and nominate your preferred location. We will contact you when your order is ready to pick up.

We deliver the products to your home or office via couriers. Products will be dispatched within 24 hours once the order is completed. 
Australia wide estimated delivery times are as follows:

Combine orders are available. Shipping fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items.
Shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the Checkout and added to the Total Costs.
One order can only be shipped to one address. If you are purchasing multiple items and would like to send to different addresses, please make separate orders. 
All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you haven't received your order within a reasonable period - Please Contact Us for further instructions.

Please Note:  In some remote/regional areas our carriers can only deliver bulky items to the nearest transport depot. In these instances, you will receive notification that your delivery is available for your collection from the transport depot.
